1Executive – International Business
Qualification: Graduate
Approximate experience: 2-3 years
Location: Mumbai
Profile:

  • Assist the Manager- International Business in budgeting, filing, profit targets, design of  POS and display.
  • Coordinating between sales admin and sales team on placing the wines
  • Assist in tastings and promo events
  • Assist on liaising with international suppliers and importers
  • Advice on POS material to be made
  • Send updated pictures, media, PR to importers
  • Help in research on new markets, budgeting, & follow up on samples sent
  • Do regular research on branding and collateral on international brands to be shared with the marketing team
  • Prepare minutes of meeting and agendas
  • Assist in coordinating with foreign visitors, including VIP and journalists trips to the winery
  • Follow up with marketing department on International PR
2.Tastings Executive
Qualification: Graduate
Approximate experience: 2-3 years
Location: Mumbai
Profile:

  • Managing the tastings calendar
  • Assist in putting together the annual tastings plan & achieve the tasting plans
  • Assist in coordinating, conducting and organizing consumer and corporate tastings
  • Formatting and sending minutes of meetings conducted with other companies/agencies for tastings
  • Assist and independently conduct in-house wine tastings for Sula sales team
  • Assist in preparing materials required for conducting tastings
  • Assist and independently execute Sula’s participation in wine exhibitions
  • Co-ordinate with creative team for exhibition back-drop and collateral
  • Co-ordinate with PR/Website team for all communication/updates on exhibition
  • Follow-up on all payments from and to Sula
3.Assistant Brand Manager
Experience: 3 to 4 years
Location: Mumbai
Profile:

  • Assist in Brand plans (ideation and costing)
  • Manage the Marketing Budgets
  • Co-ordination of advertising/advertorial related campaigns
  • Initiate event related marketing tie-ups
  • Assisting creative output for retail collaterals and branding
  • Managing and tracking Sula’s visibility at retail outlets with the retail team
  • Assist in conceptualizing new project initiatives – online campaigns, contests at retail level
  • Assist in all written communication & Work with PR and website executive in Sula for marketing related activities
  • Point of contact for the hospitality team
  • Ideating and executing all communication for Hospitality
4. Sales Executive

Experience: 1 to 3 years
Industry Preference: Wine & liquor industry
Location: Mumbai, Thane, Nashik, Yavatmal/Amravati & Kolkata
Profile:

  • Handling all retail/institutional sales
  • Launching of new brands
  • Creating brand awareness
  • Maintaining and increasing sales as per targets
  • Building relationship with current & potentials clients
